• Position: Cannabis Delivery & Store Support Associate
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
• Schedule: Flexible; nights and weekends required
• Store Hours:
  • Sunday-Wednesday: 10:00 AM-10:00 PM
  • Thursday-Saturday: 10:00 AM-2:00 AM
• Transportation: Company-provided e-bike
• Age Requirement: 21+
• Driver’s License: Not required for this e-bike position

We’re looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Delivery & Store Support Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for safely and professionally delivering cannabis orders to customers using a company-provided e-bike, while also supporting store operations between deliveries.

This is not a gig-app position. You’ll be part of the team, receive training on delivery procedures and compliance requirements, and work closely with store staff to ensure orders are handled accurately, securely and professionally from pickup through delivery.

This is a potential temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who demonstrates reliability, strong performance and a commitment to customer service and safety.

• Deliver cannabis orders using a company-provided e-bike and approved delivery equipment.
• Review customer information, orders and delivery details before leaving the store.
• Keep all products sealed, secured and under your control throughout the delivery process.
• Verify customer information and identification in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Follow all company, delivery and cannabis-compliance procedures.
• Decline and return any delivery that cannot be completed safely or in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Maintain accurate delivery, order and customer records.
• Communicate delays, route issues, customer concerns or safety concerns promptly.
• Complete required pre- and post-shift e-bike safety checks and report maintenance issues.
• Return undeliverable orders to the store according to company procedures.
• Pick, pack and stage customer orders between deliveries.
• Assist with basic store operations, organization, restocking and other duties as needed.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service throughout the delivery experience.

• Must be 21 years of age or older .
• Strong, confident and safety-conscious e-bike riding skills.
• Comfortable navigating city streets, bike lanes, traffic and changing weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently.
• Comfortable using navigation, mobile communication and delivery technology.
• Able to ride for extended periods and safely carry packages weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Prior courier, delivery, cannabis, retail, hospitality or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Willingness to complete all required delivery, safety and cannabis-compliance training.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

A driver’s license is not required for this e-bike position.

This position requires flexible availability , with nights and weekends being required . Scheduling may vary based on business and delivery demand.

Applicants must be comfortable working within the store's operating hours:

• Sunday-Wednesday: 10:00 AM-10:00 PM
• Thursday-Saturday: 12:00 PM-2:00 AM

Late-night, weekend and holiday shifts may be required. Candidates who are unable to regularly work evenings and weekends will not be a fit for this position.
