Hiring Range: $191,000 - $220,000

UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Geneticist to join our growing team. Our competitive compensation and benefits package places us as your top choice in the region.

Key Highlights

• Evaluate and diagnose genetic and inherited conditions in infants, children, adolescents, and adults
• Manage conditions such as chromosomal disorders, metabolic diseases, congenital anomalies, and rare genetic syndromes
• Interpret genetic testing results including genomic sequencing, microarray analysis, and metabolic screening
• Develop individualized treatment and management plans for patients with genetic conditions
• Provide long-term care and monitoring for chronic genetic disorders
• Supervise genetic counselors providing services for cancer, prenatal and adult onset genetic conditions
• Our division includes a collaborative team of six genetic counselors and one genetic counselor assistant, providing a supportive, team-oriented environment for clinical practice and patient care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Genetics
• Must hold a MD or DO degree and qualify for a Massachusetts license
