Job Description

Responsibilities

Apply and validate computational pathology workflows and computer vision tools to histopathological endpoints and imaging biomarkers
Design analytic strategies and collaborate with scientists to extract tissue-based endpoints from imaging data
Prepare and curate large imaging datasets for project analyses and model development
Lead projects from planning through execution, quality control, and delivery of organized outputs
Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-expert stakeholders with clear alignment on priorities and risks

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with six years' experience, or Master's degree with four years' experience
Proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB for image processing and computer vision applications
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MONAI
Knowledge of medical image data formats and whole-slide imaging analysis challenges
Understanding of classical machine learning algorithms and statistical foundations
Experience with commercial or open-source pathology image-analysis platforms
Publication record in deep learning, machine learning, or digital pathology preferred
