RevOps HQ is a HubSpot Solutions Partner helping businesses implement HubSpot, improve their revenue operations, and get more value from their systems.
\n \nWe’re looking for someone with strong experience implementing HubSpot and training teams to use it effectively. You should be comfortable working directly with clients, configuring their portals, leading live training sessions, and helping users adopt new processes.
\n \nThis is a hands-on, client-facing role. You’ll turn business requirements into working HubSpot solutions and make sure the people using those solutions feel confident doing so.
\n \nWhat you’ll do
\n \n* Lead HubSpot implementations from discovery and configuration through testing, training, and go-live.
\n* Configure pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages, permissions, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
\n* Deliver live, role-specific HubSpot training for sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership teams.
\n* Develop training materials, SOPs, and walkthroughs tailored to each client’s processes.
\n* Help users build confidence in HubSpot through practical demonstrations, guided exercises, and follow-up support.
\n* Audit existing portals, troubleshoot issues, and improve configurations and automation.
\n* Manage data imports, field mapping, cleanup, and migration activities.
\n* Translate business goals into clear processes for lead management, sales execution, customer onboarding, and reporting.
\n* Collaborate with developers on integrations and custom functionality.
\n* Manage client communication, project milestones, documentation, and scope.
\n \nWhat we’re looking for
\n \n* Demonstrated experience implementing HubSpot for multiple businesses or teams.
\n* Substantial experience leading HubSpot training, onboarding users, and supporting adoption.
\n* Strong hands-on knowledge of HubSpot configuration, workflows, CRM data structures, and reporting.
\n* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to people with different levels of experience.
\n* Confidence leading discovery calls, implementation meetings, and training sessions.
\n* Ability to recommend practical improvements to sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
\n* Strong project organization, attention to detail, and ownership of deliverables.
\n* Experience balancing multiple client priorities and communicating proactively.
\n \nEspecially valuable
\n \n* Previous experience at a HubSpot Solutions Partner or consulting agency.
\n* Experience implementing and training across multiple HubSpot Hubs.
\n* Relevant HubSpot certifications.
\n* Experience with data migrations, integrations, and complex automation.
\n* Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or integration platforms.
